down syndrome babies

(( picture credits to respective owners ))

people might think that im just acting mature in this blogpost, but it's just some of my thoughts.
i happen to come across this news on the web about this mum who had a down syndrome daughter, & how she felt when the doctor told her that her new born daughter is diagnose with down syndrome & how she stayed strong when she's taking care of her daughter.

most of the time when people came across with down syndrome adults on the streets, some people may have thoughts like ''ew she/he looks so ugly!" , ''omg that person is a weirdo!'' im sorry to say but, i used to be one of that person who have such thoughts when i came across with down syndrome adults on the streets.
one day, i saw a lady around 20 years old waking with her down syndrome toddler. the toddler have difficulties walking & kept falling down, & i saw tears rolling down that lady's cheeks.
in actual fact, no one wished that their children would have down syndrome, & some of them would actually give up on their down syndrome child & send them away.
to those strong mums out there who accepted their down syndrome child, the journey might be hard, but never give up. they might be different from other children out there, they might not behave like what you want them to behave as, they might not be able to take instructions clearly, people out there may laugh at them, people may hate them for no reason, you might find them a burden at times, but they are beautiful.
we are considered lucky that we are not one of them, but we cant take that for granted.

don't let anyone pull you down, you are perfect in every way. :-)
